CONDITIONS OF USE
When using the website, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct and ensure that your actions do not infringe the rights of others.
COLOURS: We take great care in ensuring that all information we provide on our products is correct. Although we do try to provide a very close replica of the colours of the wool used on the website, we do want to make you aware that colours may vary slightly.
ERRORS: In the event of a typographical error on pricing or other areas on the website, we are unable to accept the order at the incorrect price, therefore we have the right to cancel or refuse the order. If you have already been charged, we will refund you accordingly.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY: Items will be dispatched within 14 Days of your order being submitted. In the event that there is any delay, you will be notified. A varied fee (depending on your purchase) will be added for Postage and Packaging.
PAYMENT: Bella Seel uses Paypal, a safe and easy to use online payment system. If you do not have access to a credit or debit card to pay online, email us at orders@bellaseel.com to arrange an alternative method of payment.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to arrange refunds and returns. An agreed refund will take place once it has been returned to us, although we are unable to refund you for delivery costs. Returning the item to us is your responsibility, therefore we advise that you use a recorded delivery service. Return of goods must be within 14 days on receipt of the product. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods on arrival, please notify us immediately and send straight back to us within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS: Once the order has been submitted, the customer has no right for cancellation.
